Select “Settings”

Select “Card administration”
Step 3
When “waiting for card…” message shows up, tap and hold the Cryptnox Card at the NFC area of your device
Hold it steady for a few seconds when “Card Connected” message show up
Step 4
Scroll down to the bottom of the “Card Settings”
Select “Reset Card”
Step 5
Put the PUK code manually in the field or click qr scan icon to scan the qr code from access card
Step 6
Once the PUK code has been filled in, click “Confirm”
Step 7
Tap and hold the card at the NFC area of your device again
Wait for a few minute when “card being reset…” message is shown
After the process, your card will be reset successfully!
