Add CVX before you receive it

CVX must be added once before you expect the balance to appear in the wallet view. In the flow you use, that may mean choosing Add a Token and entering the CVX contract, or using an Add a Network path before the token is visible through a connected wallet interface. In either case, the CVX route remains Ethereum ERC-20.

The CVX setup uses a contact and NFC smart card. You can tap the card to a phone, or insert it into a reader, when the Ethereum account needs to be used. That dual-interface format is useful when the same CVX-holding Ethereum address may be viewed on mobile and used through an Ethereum wallet connection.

CVX does not change the card form factor. The token is an ERC-20 balance on Ethereum, and the card is brought into the flow when the Ethereum address has to sign. The phone or connected wallet interface can show the CVX token entry after it has been added, but the card is the device that protects the Ethereum key.
